Paprika und K\u00fcrbis entkernen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. 2,5EL Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und das Gem\u00fcse darin ca. 3 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten. 170ml Mineralwasser dazu und ca. 5-6 Minuten garen.
